PDFBaba ("PDFBaba," "we," "us," or "our") provides free online tools for working with PDF and related files at pdfbaba.com and associated subdomains (the "Service"). Information we process

Files you upload and outputs we generate

To provide conversion, merging, splitting, compression, and other document operations, you upload files to our systems (or, for certain tools, processing may occur in your browser as described on each tool page). Uploaded files and generated outputs are kept only as long as needed to complete your request and for a short retention window so you can download your results. Unless a specific tool page states otherwise, files are automatically deleted after approximately one hour.

We do not use your documents to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell your files. We do not log the textual content of your PDFs for analytics or advertising purposes.

Technical and usage data

Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit the Service, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, general location derived from IP (such as country or region), referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, to diagnose errors, and to understand aggregate usage patterns.
