Why use Merge PDF?
Students, lawyers, accountants, and operations teams merge PDFs every day to turn scattered exports into one clean submission. Whether you are bundling lecture notes, assembling closing binders, or combining invoices for finance, a dependable merge workflow saves time and avoids wrong page order. PDFBaba lets you upload multiple PDFs, preview and reorder pages in an advanced viewer when you need precision, or run a straightforward server merge when you simply want files concatenated in list order. You do not need an account, and we do not watermark your downloads. Files are removed automatically after about one hour, which reduces long-term exposure for confidential material. Use merge together with Organize PDF or Extract pages when you need to trim or reshuffle before joining everything into a single document.
Supported files & limits
This tool accepts standard PDF files. The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration. You can merge multiple PDFs in one session; combine as many as practical within the limit. Output is a single PDF without a PDFBaba watermark.
Privacy & data retention
PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour. We do not require signup for these tools, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. For full details on cookies, analytics, and legal terms, read our Privacy Policy.
