PDFBaba
Online PDF Tool

Viewer preferences

Control toolbar, window, duplex, and other PDF open behavior via JSON.

Why use Viewer preferences?

Default open behavior matters for kiosk PDFs, portfolios, and training packets. Viewer preferences JSON can hide toolbars, center windows, or hint duplex printing—depending on reader support. PDFBaba applies preferences without signup, with short file retention. Test in Acrobat, Edge, and any critical readers your audience uses because implementations differ.

Supported files & limits

One PDF plus JSON viewer preferences. The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration. Affects how many readers open the file by default.

Privacy & data retention

PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour. We do not require signup for these tools, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. For full details on cookies, analytics, and legal terms, read our Privacy Policy.
