Edit PDF metadata

Set title, author, subject, and keywords in the document info dictionary.

Why use Edit PDF metadata?

Archives, DAMs, and search indexes rely on good document metadata. Editing title, author, subject, and keywords makes PDFs easier to find later and looks more professional when shared externally. PDFBaba updates the Info dictionary fields you specify—at least one field is required per run. No signup is needed, and files are removed after about one hour. Pair metadata cleanup with Remove metadata when you need to strip hidden properties for disclosure instead of setting new ones.

Supported files & limits

One PDF; set at least one Info field (title, author, subject, or keywords). The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration.

Privacy & data retention

PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour. We do not require signup for these tools, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. For full details on cookies, analytics, and legal terms, read our Privacy Policy.
