Why use PDF to Excel?
Financial analysts, administrators, and researchers often receive tables trapped inside PDFs. Moving that structure into Excel unlocks sorting, pivoting, and formula work that PDF viewers cannot provide. PDFBaba extracts table-like text into an XLSX file; the clearer the underlying text layout, the cleaner the spreadsheet. Messy scans may require OCR PDF first so characters are selectable. There is no signup requirement, and you should always review extracted cells because PDF table geometry can be ambiguous. Files are deleted on a short retention schedule, supporting workflows where data should not sit in third-party storage.
Supported files & limits
Upload one PDF with table-like content. The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration. Extraction works best when text is selectable; scanned tables may need OCR first.
Privacy & data retention
PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour. We do not require signup for these tools, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. For full details on cookies, analytics, and legal terms, read our Privacy Policy.
