Why use Flatten PDF?
Interactive annotations, form fields, and comment threads are useful during review but problematic for final distribution—recipients can accidentally edit data or reviewers see markup you intended to remove. Flattening bakes annotations and form field values into static page content so the PDF behaves like a plain rendered document. PDFBaba runs flattening server-side without signup; files are deleted after about one hour. Always keep a copy of the original unflattened PDF in case you need to revise form data later.
Supported files & limits
One PDF with annotations or form fields. The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration. All interactive elements become static page content.
Privacy & data retention
PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour.
