Why use Edit PDF?
Edit PDF in the browser: use the text-first editor to click lines and replace copy, or open the advanced editor for markup, stamps, forms, and more. Both modes keep processing local. You still need a real text layer for line editing and text redaction—run OCR on scans first. Exports combine MuPDF and pdf-lib depending on the operation. You do not need an account to start; follow your org’s policy for confidential PDFs.
Supported files & limits
Upload a PDF to the in-browser editor. The default upload limit is 100MB per file; administrators can raise or lower this via server configuration. Heavy editing runs locally in your browser; export when you are ready. Server round-trips apply only if you use other tools in the same session.
Privacy & data retention
PDFBaba is built for quick tasks: your uploads and generated downloads are kept only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted after about one hour. We do not require signup for these tools, and we do not use your documents to train AI models. For full details on cookies, analytics, and legal terms, read our Privacy Policy.
